The bicycles with electric pedalling assistance have stormed into the market with force and with the intention of staying. After the success of the CitySurfer, the urban folding bike from Torrot, now the new Dakota and Dakota Urban have arrived on the market, two models with the same aluminium frame, with a modern, sporty design, but with different components depending on the use that will be given to the bicycle.
The Dakota model’s frame is made of lightweight aluminium and has a modern and sporty design. With a geometry designed to make the most of the benefits of a bike designed to be enjoyed both on a trip to the country or an urban trip in our day-to-day lives. Its Shimano Relief transmission is a guarantee of smoothness and reliability in any circumstances.
With the Torrot 250W Brushless motor we will never lack the power to overcome a hill, and from the display installed on the handlebar, the user can select the degree of pedalling assistance wanted in any moment. With normal use, the range of the Dakota's motor will be approximately 50 kilometres and recharging your batteries can be done at any household outlet in less than 6 hours.
Torrot Dakota: Unlimited fun
The Torrot Dakota is the adventurous sister of the Dakota range. With Kenda Slant Six Pro tyres designed for off-road use mounted on 29-inch wheels there will be no obstacle that can resist us. In addition, the SR Suntour XCR front fork with 100mm of travel ensures great stability in any situation, adapting to the terrain with total ease.
Torrot Dakota Urban: The urban jungle was never so fun
Moving around the city can be almost as entertaining as taking a trip to the mountains. Thanks to the Dakota Urban, our rides in town will change from boring to fun. With the same geometry as its mountain bike sister, but with some Schwalbe G-One Speed tyres, these are the ones to roll on the asphalt of our cities. Additionally, the Dakota Urban has a rigid carbon fork that lightens the weight to make the most of our energy in our day to day riding.
